Following Chris's remarks about the Worcester Branch of PC World, I went over to have a look. The result was that I found a nice HP LaserJet lj1300 printer, which I bought. It is Postscript compatible, but runs PCL when used with Windoze. I am now busy upgrading my GNU/Debian "Sarge". Best regards. Geoff.
