Hi Keith.

I forget where I found that one -  I am glad to have your view (which 
seems more likely) that it is mistaken.

I have found individual (presumably faulty) ones that would not boot.
I threw one away and replaced it with a new one (which booted OK) so it 
would seem that the ide line was not involved.
