I've got a DVD of FC4.

Have you considered a network install/upgrade? I think you just need to 
download the 6.4MB boot.iso image, then burn that, boot from it and 
install over broadband (assuming you have broadband). There is even a 
way of doing it via floppy disk for those with no CD drive.

This way you'll only download what you install.

Of course, then you'll have to patch and update your system which means 
downloading quite a bit of it all over again (not so bad compared to a 
graphical system but still high).

But if you want the DVD, I live in Worcester and work in Malvern (guess 
where).
