Well, a few thoughts:

1. The agreement may well be illegal. Checkout the initial reaction of

2. If Novell crash and burn, SuSE is big enough for someone to pick it 
up, rebrand it, and just keep on truckin'. Miguel will soon get a job as 
floor sweeper for whoever takes over the Mono source. Ho hum. Shame 
'bout netware though.

3. Nobody will ever agree anything with Microsoft ever again. Ever.
