[Malvern] Rate of track-laying.

This is for Clive -

During September and October 2000,  we were laying an average of 
half-a-mile a month.
We laid at a rate of one mile of track per 90 days.

The idea is that you just go ahead and do it.
If you don't ask permission no-one is likely to refuse.

This critical path for Broadway would appear to be No.2 platform,
(Platform 1 will be a building site),  and the various bridges which 
need sorting.
I doubt that this is taken on board (pun).
