Hi Guys

Thanks to Chris's super CAD work I can now confirm that I'm back to stage 1!
The company I had ear marked in Manchester could make the backing to the
required dimensions no problem, but they encountered difficulties with
getting an even coating of the reflective material  on a couple of trials
they did today.

Not to worry though!  The mind is ticking over nicely and alternative plans
are afoot.
