[Malvern] BIOS

Hi Folks

Sometime last year someone suggested Linux BIOS as a response to one of my
many questions, and at long last I've had chance to read up on it.

>From this I have a couple of general questions.

* After the OS is up and running can the BIOS settings be changed without
re-booting the computer?

*  After boot up, is the BIOS used at all?

I think the answer is No to both but if one of you kindly folks could
confirm, I'd be grateful
