[Malvern] Alan's BBQ

Apologies to Alan who asked me to do this other night, but if anyone had
put Alan's do in their diary, unfortunately he's had to cancel. I'll
leave him to tell you the details, but essentially he needs some R&R.

However, he still wants to host a BBQ, so he's going to arrange another
date later in the summer. 

Sorry for the late notice, but my mind is a bit a full at the moment,
and the extra info is having to take a ticket and join the queue :)
