[Malvern] ISPs

Time was when people would pick an ISP because they were "Linux
compatible". We've moved on. For many people (not necessarily readers of
this mailing list), their ISP is chosen simply on the basis of price.

Of course price is important to all of us, but some requirements come
above price. For me:

 - the ability to talk their support without having to wield a cluebat
 - IPv6
 - IPv4 /29 (or better) subnet
 - flexibility

I'm currently with Andrews and Arnold (http://aaisp.net/), and would
recommend them if your requirements are similar to mine. Fortunately (for
them), the usability of their website doesn't feature in the list above.
