[Newark] Help with rm

I'm sure there's a way of doing this, so I wonder if anyone can remind me. I
want to do something like:

find /home | grep foo/bar/fred.txt | rm -i

...I want to remove a file that many users have lurking in their windows
profiles, and using find|grep I can list all of these files, I want to plumb
that output into rm.

I seem to remember there's a switch for rm that makes this work, or is there
some other syntax. Any ideas?

Steve
