Alas, I can't make tomorrow due to a spectacular triple booking. Most people
double book themselves, I prefer to go one better, I'm supposed to be bell
ringing, having a ham radio meeting, and be broadcasting on hospital radio all
at 8pm tomorrow. Most of these things are on rotation patterns that seem to
have collided badly this month... now I remember why I don't normally agree to
things on a Monday :-/

Chances are, I won't be back in time for last orders, but I look forward to
hearing about some of the things that were discussed, and finding out what day
to try not to do a million other things on (ie the date of the next meeting).

Real pity this, as I was looking forward to talking about command line
instructions and the different shells. My contribution for the meeting would
have been along the lines of "how to find a file when you haven't got slocate
installed, by piping the output of find into grep". This is something I do a
lot for some reason... unless anyone has a better solution?

Steve

PS Has anyone tried to buy a Linux PC from Dell yet? I'm having an "experience"
at the moment...
