[Newark] New ForLinux building offered for meets

I agree with you Steve, unless we feel that we could get a turn out of
around 10 or more, a formal meet isn't likely to be very productive.

Anyhow, I'm looking forward to attending this months meet - maybe the theme
could be silly names in FOSS?
