I'm not convinced you could escape conviction and penalty points for cycling 
under the influence. I'm not sure I could cycle under the influence (as those 
who've experienced me after a few might vouch for). I'll be walking anyway (and 
staggering afterwards), because I only live a 10 minute stroll away.
