Hi,

If anyone in Nottingham can also help answer this question of mine, then
cool, it'll save me some time over the next few days :-)

Assume I've done all the obvious stuff, and I'm running my own build of a
benh devel kernel which came out yesterday so I'm pretty up to date.

Hi,

Does anyone here happen to have a Tibook III on which they have
successfully configured XFree86 *not using the framebuffer* ?

I have it working fine with the radeonfb device for framebuffer only and
do have a recent CVS build of 4.2.0 which will load (and claims to also
support DRI) though I believe I must have a slightly incorrect ModeLine
somewhere as I get nasty screen distortion as a result. I've tried various
suggested configurations and seen a number of posts which suggest that
after a few more hours tinkering I might get it sorted, though if someone
already has this done then cool. Dankolb - you got one of these recently I
believe, but you're not running XFree86 if I am correct?

So, working XF86config-4 files on a postcard to...me please :-)
