[Nottingham] RedHat and apache

Hi Alex,

'rpm -f httpd' should let you know whether or not it is installed.

'service httpd start' will start the httpd daemon.

'chkconfig httpd on' will ensure that it starts the next time that the 
machine enters your current initlevel.
