Wednesdays are as sacrosanct as consistency is a virtue. Put another way
short notice changing of dates causes chaos and annoys people.
A non Wednesday meet would probably be ok as long as people had good notice (> 1 month) of it.
First
=====
Nottingham central library is out for Wednesday nights. For future reference it might be avaialble on Monday nights (out by 21:30) and cost GPB 19.54 if it is a public meeting (ie. we don't charge and we are quiet about asking for donations ;) or ~> GBP 30.00 if we advertise it as costing money to get in.
Second
======
Does anyone know about "The New Mechanics" (Trinity Square, Nottingham, NG1 4AX). They have rooms for hire but the person I need to speak to is out until tomorrow.
Third
=====
AAAAARGH, why do people with rooms for hire in Nottingham make it so bloody difficult to find them. I either find other groups who hire rooms there but no contact details or I find the place - again with no contact details.
Have fun,
Duncan
