[Nottingham] Spare room (slightly ot)

Hi,

This is sort of relevant, given it'd be quite a good place for geeking.

I've got a spare room in my house.  I need someone to live in it.  The
room in question is the biggest in the house, and the house is in Beeston.

It has ADSL, and (for now) a cable modem, kitchen, bathroom (with shower).
Rent is 235/month, looking around that's not bad.  It's actually got 3
bedrooms, but one is tiny and so is being used for storage.

Drawback?  No washing machine.
