[Nottingham] mounting floppy for a non-root user

Set up a desktop 'shortcut' for her with the appropriate umount/mount 
commands. Ensure that fstab has 'user' or 'users' included to let mere 
users mount.

Also a good excuse to spend an inordinate amount of time to give her 
special training... (;->>)
