[Nottingham] Too much traffic

This was brought up not long ago (January IIRC?), with the conclusion that
the majority wanted to stick with the list :)

I agree personally, Forums encourage too much of a social atmosphere, and
most of them are easily hacked and so on, they also use far more server CPU
and bandwidth.....IRC is just plain unsuitable.

An IRC channel might be a good idea to supplement the list, for people who
only have quick, simple queries that can be answered easily, but for
anything major, a mailing list is probably the best way IMO.
