I'm not familiar with this animal but I assume you can configure it via a
browser based interface.  I have a Linksys router that allows me to do
this, others my be using a linux box with NAT and firewalling enabled.
Firstly the box you want to access behind the FW must have a static IP
address. By default it usually allocates IP addresses by DHCP.
Secondly, somewhere in the config there should be a setup page to allow
you to map specific external ports to and internal port and IP address.EG Assuming your PC has been given a static IP address if 192.168.1.2 and
you want to access your httpd and ssh:
External port 22 maps to internal port 22 at ip address 192.168.1.2
External port 80 maps to internal port 80 at ip address 192.168.1.2

Or if you want to map some non-standard ports (in my case I put my httpd
on port 8080 so it doesnt go through NTL's tranparent proxys)
External port 8080 maps to internal port 80 at ip address 192.168.1.2
