It's interesting, there's a 'distcc' knoppix to, presumably to make 'doze
PC's useful for those doing a turbo stage1 Gentoo install.
The idea of a Knoppix CD was to let them try running it on their machine, and
have confidence that the hardware would be detected correctly, as an
introduction and to see applications. An insallable Linux 'Coaster' could be
produced to take home, though that leaves them running Debian, which may or
might not appeal to the Debian-ites on the list.
