[Nottingham] list mail header changes

Not noticed any aparent change here recently, although not checked with
earlier posts. At the moment, all looks as it should be.
I get:

Have you got some quirk with the Fetchmail envelope stuff? I'm now using:

with options pass8bits

rather than the more familiar:

any ideas what has changed ?
