Maplin had one for 49.99 - 3.1 Megapixel, digital zoom only, can be
used as webcam or digital camera, powered by a couple of AAA batteries.

Looking at the url for the pdf manual, the model number is DS-3080S -
no idea who the manufacturer is.
Says it takes SD/MMC cards (has 16MB onboard as well) so if all else
fails, a normal USB card reader should be ok. I don't know what it's
like but if you do get one, I'd be interested to know how well it
works.
