Leave the Market square by following the tram tracks past NatWest  (not Debenhams) and up the hill.
This will bring you to the bend where they turn down Fletcher Gate at the top left hand corner of the
above map.

If you are walking down Stoney Street from the Warser Gate end the 'Broadway Business Centre' is
on the right at the High Pavement end.  It has a glass door with a panel of buzzers on the right.

The Roebuck Inn is on St James' Street which is the alley off the market square by Lloyds bank.
