[Nottingham] html in thunderbird

I've just realised, I've been needlessly sending html with the last few 
posts (and probably this one).  This is since swapping to thunderbird to 
do mail in linux.  This is a combined applogy and 'anyone know how I 
turn it off?'  I've only had a quick click through the setup guis, and 
not even googled yet, but I thought I'd ask as I was applogising anyway...
