Some may remember me wondering why the bittorrent tracker and seed I set
up for fun on the LAN was seeding so slowly.
RTFM failure on my part it seems.
>From "btdownloadheadless.py --help" :
--max_upload_rate <arg>
maximum kB/s to upload at, 0 means no limit (defaults to 20)
Which might explain it.
