Personally, no. I use nothing.

There are some out there, but none that I know of that have successfully
spread very far at all.
There can be endless debates about whether this is due to more being
locked down by default on Linux etc. or because the virus writers are
not targeting Linux yet, but either way there will probably not be much
Linux anti-virus software[1] available until there are more viruses.
There just isn't a market for it.
[1] by this I mean software designed to prevent or remove linux viruses
as opposed to software that runs on linux designed to prevent or remove
windows viruses (from emails etc.) of which there is a good selection.
