[Nottingham] Microsoft forge ahead with new technology

Exciting news from www.osnews.com where we learn that Microsoft's next
operating system will have a significant new feature called Restart
Manager. Apparently this will allow the operating system or an
application to updated without having to reboot the computer.
Sometimes, at least.

This is clearly a major improvement. If only Linux could keep up with
all the important user-friendly innovation which proprietary software
can offer. <sigh>
