[Nottingham] NTL webspace settings

Not strictly a Linux question (not at all, in fact) but...

Following the failure of the Pipex/BT combination to get my ADSL line 
back up and working after two weeks, a young man drilled a hole in the 
side of my house this morning and poked an NTL coax cable through it.

After initialising the line under the auspices of Monsieur Gates, 
everything seems to work well chez Torvalds. However the NTL website is 
not overflowing with technical information.

Can anyone tell me how I may FTP into my NTL webspace?
