[Nottingham] Sarbannes Oxley experiences

All,

After several months of sitting in conference rooms, those who must be 
obeyed have told the workers what they have to do for SOX (Sarbannes 
Oxley) compliance. I lost a few years off my lifespan hearing what we 
have to do.

Anybody on this list have any experiences they'd like to tell. I'm 
especially interested in the Unix/database stories although all IT areas 
would be welcome.
