Come to a meeting and you can put some faces to names. Mike Leuty's been around a while and is well known and liked. A lot of the other regular posters turn up at meetings too, and some of those are well liked too;-). We're all friendly and actively encourage everyone to get involved.
I _think_ some of the replies to Mike were first posts. I haven't met the people behind them yet, but I hope they don't communicate like that in person. Perhaps we could ask anyone continuing to make unsuitable remarks to leave? There's certainly more constructive ways to go about discussing any issues that come up.
