Our assistant organist, who is also a computing postgrad, knocked up a 
multi-user calendar to run on the Church Office server. This now prevents 
the embarrassing double-booking of ecclesiastical buildings in our fair 
city. I daresay he might add a contacts module to it, if you made it 
worth his while.  :-)
