Depending on who it's currently with, you might be able to transfer  
the IPSTAG to 123-REG and then just transfer it straight into 123- 
reg. If the current provider won't change the tag for you, Nominet  
will do it for a fee - obviously check your providers terms and  
conditions to make sure they're not going to bill you for leaving!
