What would be good would be a default option to automatically strip off 
any quotes and sig following a user's last line of new typed text.


I remember back to some of the old news posters whereby the new posting 
was rejected if there was greater than a certain proportion of quoted 
text to new text. Nicely stopped the thoughtless one-liners trick.
