So who wants their review books bringing? I'm bringing Josh's Stroustrop book. 
I'm currently assuming Roger is attending so I'll bring the vi book (let me 
know if you're not Roger!), David has already picked up for the Aldreds, and 
Tim (Edam) has collected his. Any more for any more?
