I used dyndns to solve this. I setup popey.dyndns.org and pointed
popey.com CNAME to popey.dyndns.org, and the MX record too. All worked
lovely, even if my IP changed. I'm now on ADSL with 8 fixed IP
addresses so don't use this method anymore, but it worked for me for
ages.
