[Nottingham] CMS / HTML editors

Howdy

Can anyone recommend a relatively decent HTML editor or "lite" CMS?

I'm looking for something Dreamweaver-like, but not necessarily so
fully-featured (or bloated). I've finally grown tired of hand-editing
everything with vi :)

Freshmeat searches end up with the usual "many or none" style results,
and almost all of them seem to be Nuke-alikes or blog engines. That's
not necessary - I'd rather have a desktop HTML gadget with a WYSIWYG
view.
