[Nottingham] User Quotas

Hi All,

I was wondering if anyone can help me with user and/or group quotas.  I set 
up quotas on my server, but is there a setting I can change to create a 
quota automatically for new users I add using the useradd command?  I know 
Webmin has an option to do that, but is only effective when adding a user in 
Webmin.

Then, the group quotas.  If I set a group quota, does it apply to each 
individual user in the group or only to the group as a whole?
