Which ones are outstanding ?  As in reviews are waiting, not someone  
wrote back that the books were outstanding ...

Will ORA give nottslug credit for reviews if we review something that  
was not issued under the official review program ?  Who owns  
copyright on the review ?  Does it need to be a review which covers  
FLOSS stuff (the last four or five ORAs I bought weren't about FLOSS  
software.)
