You're running this as root, so you say... the cron job itself isn't
producing an error, but the script inside it is.

As root, try running the whole thing from the command line and
*remember* that inside a cron job you should, ideally, have full paths
defined for everything you do (ie. /usr/bin/webalizer).

Post the output here and we'll see what we can do. Try to remember that
verbalising (OK, in writing, but hey!) your errors isn't going to make
debugging it easy by email.
