It's practically impossible to say without bug numbers, if someone can
provide them I can take a look and see. There are lots of reasons for
patches not being quickly accepted such as:
* The format they're submitted in.
* Being assigned to the wrong package.
* Some kind of freeze being in effect.
* Patch is incorrect in some way.
* The developers are just plain busy.
