[Nottingham] CAcert assuring - Friday 27th April

Folks,

Just to let you know, there will be two CAcert assurers in the Babington Arms in Derby on Friday 27th April.

It's the local SDerby LUG meet so they shouldn't be too hard to spot.

If you want to know more, please visit www.cacert.org.  Basically you get assured by the assurers who check your ID and give you points.  With those points goes trust and so CAcert will sign digital certificates for you.  If you want to get signed up, please come to the Bab with:

* An account already created at www.cacert.org
* A filled in WoT form from the same site
* ID

We would ideally like to see a passport and photocard drivers licence as a proof of ID.  If this is not possible, please provide as much ID as possible and a very good excuse and we will think about it.

We will also do GPG key signing, so please email me off list with your fingerprint if you want to take part in this.
