Hi I use Freedom to Surf for ADSL, www.f2s.com, they are part of pipex I think (but don't hold that against them). Their package includes lots of mailboxes (IMAP), web hosting, and extras like webmail, online support etc. They are cheap-ish but not as bad as some of the cheap ISPs you hear about. -Cam
