What would be everyone's ideas for email 2.0 then?

I imagine the system would have to abandon public addresses in favour
of a multitude of private addresses per mailbox. Each private address
would have to be set up in some out-of-band way that established
enough key material to restrict the communication on that address to
those authorised.

Any other ideas?
