Somewhat more than I wanted, I think!

But it must be said it has influenced the database design bit of what I'm 
doing.   I'm not sure the design is as perfect as Ovid might prefer (I'd 
rather have some of the potential issues dealt with in the PHP code and fewer 
tables - and hence fewer writes to tables to get wrong!), but it's better 
than it otherwise might have been!
