More seriously, the main concerns are just to be sure of what you are
doing if you do any sort of online buying or banking. Beware of the
scams and of "phishing".

The only other lookout is to turn off the annoyance of pop-up ads from
websites.

So far, linux is still pretty much malware and virus free. So no real
worries for surfing around.
