[Nottingham] Debian/apache2/suphp problems

OK, I've managed to get the server serving static and dynamic pages, but 
I've turned off suPHP for now :)

But, one small things remains:

If I go to

     http://www.domain.com/

I get the download box, but if I go to:

     http://www.domain.com/index.php

it works!

Now that /is/ weird...

I have my "DirectoryIndex index.php index.htm index.html" set in the vHost 
(though I'm not sure if they're related)...

So, as usual, any ideas?
