[Nottingham] Shared directory group permissions

Folks,

A bit of a question:

I've created a "share group" id. and 'shared' a directory with group
access ("root:sharegroup"). All fine and easy.

However, users writing into the directory create files/dirs with their
username and groupname as "username:username"...



What's the way to have users write with "username:sharegroup"?


Or is there a better way of doing all that?
