I was referring to mobile push email e.g. something similar to MS push email on exchange 2003 sp2

Erm, push email where? Over a cliff? Into a spam bin?

All distributions come with email (SMTP) and web (HTTP) servers - you just
need to install, configure and activate them.

If you want to do anything specific then you have to give us more
information.
