Yes, I ordered one that should be here tomorrow (well, today).

MS made available special (cheap) licensing terms for lower spec 
machines after netbooks started making inroads into the market, hence 
the better specced netbooks you can't get with windows as they fall 
outside what has been defined as a low spec computer and would attract 
the higher OEM windows tax^Wprice.
